Had my hair cut yesterday and it turned out pretty good. Very easy to take care of and style which is great since I am hair challenged! I also had my eyebrows waxed. This was a first and they still itch. Not sure how I feel about having that done again!

Got up before 5 this morning and it is now 6:45pm. Day has been busy and time has just slipped away. Still have dinner to get together but wanted to get this online first.

Lil Bit wasn't feeling too good today. She had an upset stomach this morning which caused some problems. Since this afternoon, she appears to be feeling better. She is eating and playing again.

My daughter-in-law convinced me to check out Hi5. We were on the phone for an hour getting my page set-up and hers tied into mine. Finally got it together but have to admit, Braveheart is sooo much easier to use.

Tomorrow is my mom's 80th birthday! Wish I could be there to help her celebrate but am sure she will have a great day. Hope I look as good as my mom does when I reach 80. Have a great birthday!

I need an online place to store photos and then to share them.  One of the problems I have is I need to have multiple "albums" with different viewing settings on each album. Can anyone recommend a good place to use that is free and doesn't have quantity limits?

I've been busy this week cleaning   and moving things around and getting ready for the holidays.  Started my holiday shopping too and have made good progress on my list.   Have just the guys left to buy for. Always have a problem on gifts for the guys. All of our gifts get shipped   out of state and country, so it is important for us to get our shopping done earlier. Sometimes this is a real pain cause I don't usually feel like shopping for the holidays until the snow starts flying! Oh well, will get it done.

Today is really windy, cold and rainy with an occassional snow shower too. Thank goodness I am not in the Dakota's. Don't think I am ready for that much snow!

Just wanted to let everyone know that Bear is doing much better today. He has been playful and his behavior is back to normal.

I wasn't sure if the background graphics was going to work right when I started this post but I see that it has. I love playing with the graphics. It is so much fun and just way to cool.

Yesterday I used Sergeant's Gold Flea & Tick  squeeze-on treatment on Bear. This was the first time that I bought the Sergeant's brand of flea treatment and it will be my last!

Within 2 hours of applying the treatment, Bear became very agitated, restless, muscles were twitching and he was rubbing himself against everything. He just could not sit still for any longer than a few minutes. I immediately took a damp rag and washed the treatment off his back. By the time my husband got home from work, Bear was extremely fidgety and he had started crying, I knew something was drastically wrong and he needed checked. We took him to the vet where they bathed him in Dawn dishsoap and then gave him a muscle relaxer. Within a half hour, he was acting a little bit calmer. He still had a restless night but as I am writing this post, he is resting, at last, comfortably and the itching has finally stopped. He is still on muscle relaxers for a couple of days but should be just fine. Thank God! I am so relieved that I did not buy the smaller size of this stuff for Lucky. With his health problems and age, he probably would not have survived a reaction.

Please do not use Sergeant's Gold Flea & Tick or any other flea product without researching the product first and getting your vets okay. 

These over the counter products are a pesticide, "poison" and can make your "best friend" very sick in as little as a couple of hours and has the potential to kill!
