Canning Cactus Recipes

I have never canned cactus before but have had prickly pear ice cream and jelly and they were pretty good. I was surprised to find there is really quite alot of sites that offer recipes and here is just a few of them:

Thanks so much for sharing those recipes. My parents make them with tomatoes, onions and cilantro and a cube of beef boullion... I tried it before but it turned out too salty.
