The visit to the vet Friday went okay. Bear has had an allergic reaction to the fleas. He was put on antibiotics and prednisone for the next week or so. He seems to be doing better already. Vet said to buy Frontline One Spot for both the dog and cat and to treat the house too. She gave me several web sites to research and I found more online.

I know Bear is allergic to Flea treatments so will have to make sure that I am home when I start that. But here is the information for you to do your own research on the issue. Either way you go, it can be expensive in treatments for the animals and the house or in vet bills for treatment of the animal. The animals health and comfort is most important.

I'm so thankful that Bear is on his way to recovery. It's a blessing that he has you to take such good care in getting & keeping him and your cat healthy too.
