Most awesome!!!
So much has happened since I last posted. Last month I submitted a resume for an Office Manager position with the local Y. Went for an interview and got the job! Worked last week for the first time in over a year. The position is only 3 days a week and less than 5 hours each day but I am still adjusting to getting up and going in the morning. The people are really great and every one seems pretty easy going so far. Really fun environment to work in. Everyone is pretty upbeat. Really great for a change!
Last blood work for my annual thryoid check showed my meds were not working properly, so that was changed. When my meds don't work right, I get alot more tired and sleep more than usual. With the new job and learing to juggle things around, I have slept more too. Will get another blood test next month.
Still trying to adjust to "Lucky" being gone. Every once in a while when I go to get Bear's food and try to grab Luck's food too. When I leave for work, I say goodbye to the all the critters and I still look around for Lucky. It is getting better but I still miss him.
Today is my daughter's 43rd birthday! Seems like it was only yesterday that I held her in my arms. She has become a beautiful woman, wife and mother!

The other morning we were looking out the kitchen window while drinking our cofee and saw the smallest little bunny rabbit in the flower bed. It was soooo cute! Tried to feed it some carrots and lettuce but it has not eaten any of it. I think it is sleeping underneath our deck and comes out real early in the morning and late afternoon.

It's getting late and time to cook supper. So more later---
They are so Blessed to have you!
I am never sure if we do get used to them not being around us in the physical sense, maybe it is because they are ALWAYS around us, watching over us, in the Spiritual way
I think they feel safer in the mornin'
& the plants they nibble are probably a bit more tender & sweeter
getting the meds correct
or better yet - Here is to your Thyroid shaping up & beginning to behave right
Happy Belated Birthday to your daughter
. . . if you don't mind I would love to see you write an entry on your thryoid condition. I have heard that many women have troubles with theirs but often are misdiagonised
When you mentioned how when your meds don't work you get tired a lot of questions being popping up in me. For example: What made you go to the doctors to get checked out? or did they just discover this on a reg physical? How long have you been aware of this condition? When you say tired, how so? Just drained or the I better get to bed for I am getting really cranky ( that is how I am ) ?
I am just curious & as I said I think thryoid is a major area in woman that goes undetected.
