Where did this week go?????

The cat went to the vet Monday. She is about 3 months old and weighs 3 lbs. She got her first shot, wormed and ears treated for mites. I was so surprised that she took everything well. I thought she would put up a fight over all the poking and prodding. She has been adjusting to the dogs and they to her. So far so good!

The finanacial news is upsetting. It really makes you wonder, how much we have not been told yet and how much more serious this is going to get.

Worked on compiling a list of Native Tribes of North America for my other blog, Ancestral Paths. Finally, got it finished (after two days) and posted today. Also, have been working on two genealogy projects, one is just census records and the other is when I have the time to squeeze it in.

The weather has turned a little cooler, high 60's, low 70's for the day and down to mid 40's at night.

Tonight is the VP debate. It should be interesting, especially the comments after the debate!

My sister-in-law sent me some really great military photos of the troops just "having a good time". There are about 15,  and I'd really like to add them here but don't want to take a whole page to do it. Guess that is a project for another day! Any ideas?
